Filmmaker Bios

Claire Marie Panke, Producer/Director/ Writer

After graduating from Georgetown University, where she was nominated for a Rhodes Scholarship, Claire Marie Panke worked for several years as a writer and editor. She then earned a degree in nursing and specialized in neonatal intensive care, providing her with unique access to the compelling stories that unfold within the NICU. She was named the1999 Maternal Child Nurse of the Year by the Greater New York March of Dimes. Claire studied film at New York University, and has worked on various independent productions, as well as producing and directing several short films, and her current project, Light Years.


Jonathan Stack, Executive Producer

Since founding Gabriel Films in 1991, Jonathan Stack’s work has been broadcast on PBS, A&E, The Discovery Channel, Channel Four, and the BBC. In 1998, his award-winning documentary The Farm was nominated for an Academy Award. Mr. Stack has also founded Gabriel Media, the non-profit branch of Gabriel Films focusing on educational outreach campaigns for documentary films.

Ana Crenovich, Editor

Ana Crenovich served as both editor and associate producer on Father Roy: Inside the School of Assassins, an ITVS-funded production. O ther documentary editing credits include Six Months to Live, The Masked, Can Tropical Rain Forests Be Saved and Under the Gun – Democracy in Guatemala.

Jon Wolfson, Original Music

Jon Wolfson has worked as a musician, recording engineer, and producer with such artists as Steve Winwood, Sting, The Rolling Stones, and Quincy Jones. Jon has scored several feature films and composed music for numerous commercials.
